What if I need a single large contiguous space?

Specify your Diskeeper job with either the CADCAM or MAX-FREE preset template.

CAD/CAM sites and Intergraph sites have unusually high requirements for maximum contiguous free space. These presets are specially configured to produce the largest contiguous space that can be created on-line with users active.

As an alternative, increase the value of the GAP-EXTEND option on the Diskeeper Command Line Qualifiers menu. This increases the amount of system memory used by Diskeeper for free space consolidation. See the Diskeeper Manual, Section 2.9.2, Options on the Diskeeper Command Line Qualifiers Menu, for more information about the GAP-EXTEND option.
