Can't remove partition from the Exclusion List

You may not have the permissions needed to remove the partition from the Exclusion List. Also, floppy drives and network partitions cannot be removed from the list at all.

First, the account from which you install and run Diskeeper must be a member of the Administrators group (and Domain Admins, if applicable), but no other local groups. Domain administrators and domain users are OK, but not Power Users, Backup Operators, and so on. If you make a change to the group membership of your account, log out and back in, then try Diskeeper.

Check the permissions in REGEDT32 and on the root directory of each NTFS partition; Administrator and System must have Full Control. See the Technical Article Permissions for instructions on handling this.
